How does Bizzly automate gym membership billing?

Yes. Members see your live class timetable and available PT slots, book their place, and receive automatic WhatsApp confirmation. No calling or messaging required.

What happens when a class is full?

Bizzly caps bookings at your defined class capacity. Once a session is full it closes to new bookings automatically. You can also enable a waitlist so members are notified if a place opens.

Can I sell class packs as well as monthly memberships?

Yes. Alongside monthly memberships you can sell 5, 10, or 20-session packs billed once through Stripe. Members book against their pack balance and cannot book once their credits run out.

Does Bizzly work for personal trainers as well as studios?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Solo PTs and multi-instructor studios both use Bizzly. For studios each instructor has their own calendar and availability. Clients book by instructor or class type.

How are cancellations and no-shows handled?

You set a cancellation window, for example no cancellations within 24 hours. Members who cancel inside that window keep the session deducted from their pack or subscription quota.

Can I send reminders to members before their session?

Yes. Bizzly sends automated WhatsApp reminders before every booked session. You can set the reminder timing and message with no manual follow-up needed.
